2009 ST LOUIS CLASSIC GYMNASTIC MEET

SPONSORED BY NATIONAL CITY AND SIEMENS

EVENT TITLE CO-SPONSOR

    Three-year commitment - $10,000.00        One-year commitment - $4,000.00

      BENEFITS     

Your sponsorship will include pre-event and event promotions for the St. Louis Classic Meet to be held March 6-8, 2009.  You will also receive a full year of promotions at Team Central Gymnastic Academy including access to up to 1400 weekly customers.

Your business title will appear in the 2009 Event Title and on pre-event and event promotional materials.

An Event Sponsor Billboard with your company's name and logo will be displayed at the entrance to the St. Louis Classic Gymnastic Meet at the Americas Center in 2009.

A professional 5' x 10' event title co-sponsor banner and a 3' x 6' exclusive business banner will be professionally designed to your specifications and displayed at the Americas Center competition at a prime highly visible location in view of spectators.

Your company name will be displayed in the Americas Center Awards Presentation Room in center view of thousands of photographs taken by families at the event.

Receive media coverage promoting the event using your business title.

Your company name or logo will appear on event sales and volunteer t-shirts.

Receive an exhibit booth at the Americas Center, if desired.

Announcements acknowledging your event title sponsorship will be made at every event session at the Americas Center March 6-8, 2009.

Receive opportunity to have business executives hand out awards at the competition.

Your company name or logo will be displayed in full color on the “outside cover” and in full color in the event title on the “front cover” of the official event program for the 2009 St. Louis Classic Gymnastic Meet.

Receive newspaper coverage including a photo of your VIP receiving a professional plaque from a Team Central Gymnastic Academy representative.

Receive 25 VIP tickets to the competition and a complimentary program.         

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Your banner will be displayed for one year at Team Central Gymnastic Academy's 22,000 square foot training center in full view of up to 1400 weekly customers.

Your banner will be displayed in view of thousands of spectators at several additional meets throughout the year at Team Central Gymnastic Academy.

Your business name listed as Event Title Co-Sponsor will be displayed on our website for one year at www.teamcentral.org  

Receive a special “sponsor highlight” section in our newsletter to customers.

Receive access to up to 1400 weekly customers at Team Central Gymnastic Academy through your company's display of brochures or literature in our busy customer lobby and viewing area at our 22,000 square foot center in the Westport area.

If your business decides to choose the optional Event Title Co-Sponsorship 3 year commitment, you will receive a total business package discount rate of $10,000.00 instead of $12,000.00 and the option to divide payments over the three year period.

* “Healthy Kids Gymnastic Open House” co-sponsored by your company and held at Team Central Gymnastic Academy. This FREE Event will be open to the St Louis community and will be promoted in the local newspapers and on STL today website, etc.  At this special event children will receive one hour of gymnastics supervised by certified gymnastic instructors at Team Central Gymnastic Academy. Children may bring a canned food item to donate to the local Loaves and Fishes food pantry. Children will experience our double in-ground trampoline, cargo climbing nets and ropes, 40-foot trampoline, and a large selection of incredible gymnastic equipment for boys and girls.  

* “Special Needs Healthy Kids Open House" co-sponsored by your company and held at Team Central Gymnastic Academy - This will be a modified gymnastic and movement special event for children in the community who are developmentally delayed or physically challenged. Team Central Gymnastic Academy offers a unique modified movement and gymnastic program for “special needs” children endorsed by Ranken-Jordan, Giant Steps, Variety Club, Shriners Hospital and other organizations. (Albert Pujols previously attended this class with his daughter)

* Ongoing and Special Promotions We can offer your company special promotions and offer your business information to our families throughout the year.

* Newsletter to families at Team Central Gymnastics and our 6 sister company locations at Olympiad Gymnastics announcing your company as the proud co-sponsor of the prestigious 2009 St Louis Classic Gymnastic Meet and one-year sponsor of Team Central Gymnastic Academy. Our Seven locations are in Maryland Heights, Chesterfield, Ellisville, Ballwin, St. Peters, Florissant and Festus.

* Additional Expanded Newsletter promotion to families at Team Central Gymnastic Academy  exclusively highlightling your company as our 2009 Event Title Co-Sponsor for the St Louis Classic Meet and one-year sponsor of Team Central Gymnastic Academy.  This promotion will include a paragraph about the services that your company offers to the community.

* Your company will be highlighted in our staff newsletter that goes to all 7 of our locations (125 staff)

* We are also open to your additional ideas to promote your company throughout the year
