Open gym is a program where you can come to the gym if you are member or not. No gymnastic skills required. Open to the public. Different times and dates for all age categories. Open gyms can be used for make-up classes if you miss during the session. Waivers must be on file and signed by parent(s) for kids under 18 years old for all non-members.

Adult Open Gym: 18 year and up
all equipment and areas are open
Tuesday 8:30-9:50pm

Cheer/ TC NINJA Open Gym: 13 year and up
Floor & Trampoline only
Wednesday 8:30-9:50pm

Cardinal Power Kids Open Gym: 4 year + with developmental delays and physical challenges.

Saturday 8:00-8:50am
$5/CHILD - thanks to our generous donors!

*Open Gym: 6 years, if child in 1st grade and up
Supervised Instructors will let you know which areas are open

Special Bring a Friend Event on December 9th

Gym Members and a non-member friend can get in for $6/both

Must Pre-register by December 7th

Non member friend must have a waiver signed by parent to participate

Team Central employees will be present to ensure safety to all. The will not be here for instructional or spotting purposes.


We do ask that parents stay in the lobby for classes. If you set up a field trip you can ask the coordinator if you can set it up to have parents in the gym and what rules there are for being with your child. For field trips we do ask that parents stay with their child(ren) if they are under the ages of 3 years old.
